  23. glorious city from the perils of

  25. killer worms and meteor showers.  All

  27. you have is your laser-cannon and the
  28.  
  29. city's laser-constructed defense wall.
  30.  
  31. It just so happens that killer worms
  32.  
  33. love to eat defense walls (something
  34.  
  35. in their past really makes them take
  36.  
  37. offense to them!).  As long as you can
  38.  
  39. protect your city, the battle goes on!
  40.  
  41. When your city is destroyed, you must

  43. turn your laser-cannon in to the
  44.  
  45. Association for the Prevention of
  46.  
  47. Killer Worm Abuse (actually the game
  48.  
  49. is over and you may get to enter your
  50.  
  51. initials into the WORMSHOT Hall of
  52.  
  53. Fame!).

  55.   Another hot item this month is a

  57. machine-language version of the Shell-
  58.  
  59. Metzner Sort.  Using this routine, you

  61. can cut sorting times dramatically!!
