  11.  Massimilano  stopped  the  Localizer  project in 1998 and Cartsen Scholling
  12.  stopped the development in 2001.

  14.  I have taken over the project in 2002.

  16.  Localizer has been created to help both programmers and translators.

  18.  Here is a brief list of what Localizer can do:
  19.     · scans source files, extracts locale IDs and builds a .cd file;
  20.     · merges old and new .cd and .ct files and hilights differences for fast editing;
  21.     · builds C source files to handle locale stuff;

  24.     · can add comments to each .cd ID, useful for translators;
  25.     · builds .catalog files;
  26.     · fast load/save of projects;
  27.     · bubble help for each gadget;
  28.     · quickly moves among new/changed entries for fast update of .cd and .ct files;
