- Wow - I could never do even a single boot until the fix, and it hasn't
- failed yet. I tried a lot, believe me. Hmmm, maybe kcd is
- initialized to a random number which only sometimes works. For me
- this number was always 0, giving instant lock up. I still get a funny bootup
- message, something like "Zorro memory at 00000000+00000000" though.

- He is quite right of course. My own server (Xami) does the same (black
- screen) right now. That's ok though, since I've been wanting to
- reimplement with Chris H's views stuff for a while now. If it's anything
- like iteconfig, it should be a pleasant experience. When I said "At last
- I can go back to X11", I meant X11 *development* :-).
