  1.     I've downloaded loadbsd from the bin directory twice from ftp.eunet.ch
  2. and Many times from att2.cs.mankato.msus.edu and they are both 6696 bytes long
  3. and refuse to execute. I get "loadbsd: file is not executable" when I try to 
  4. run it. I have transfered it gziped and lharced and they extract okay, but 
  5. won't run. I am using NcFTP so they should be transfered in binary format.
  6. Could someone please upload a gziped binary for the most recent loadbsd?
