- Hi guys/gals,
-
- I went away for Thanksgiving and have been busy at work for the last week.
- Now I find there are about 100 NetBSD messages to go through and it looks
- like a lot of changes have taken place. I want to get back into things this
- weekend, but need to download the latest stuff. From a quick review of the
- messages, is the following what I should go for:
-
- Kernel and sources for 714?
- X11R5 uploads
- Anything in new-binaries not covered by 714?
-
- Here are some things I plan to work on:
-
- 1. Updates to fontdumper.c, I saw some note from Chris Hopps.
- 2. Try to generate a 10MB rootfs with the latest stuff and most of the
- networking, sendmail, etc. turned off so beginners can run out
- of the box (maybe). Gurus can turn on what they want.
- 3. Write some updates on this new rootfs for the FAQ.
