  8. you will answer "DEL" & "a left arrow" respectively, others will say "a left
  9. arrow" & "BS", respectively.  You see the  problem?  A left arrow key could
  10. be anything.

  15. It's not a mistake, just different opinions.  I used to think like you, until
  16. we started to use the vt[123]?0 line of terminals some years ago.  Now, as
  17. any sane mind, I only curse non-customizable programs.  They're the ones
  18. which should be haunted, not Stallman or some left-arrow-is-of-course-
  19. backspace dude.  Customization, as always, is the only tie-breaker.
