  6. Sounds very Domain OS to me and also bit messy. I think the HP-UX approach
  7. of removong the execute bit on daemons that shouldn't run is slightly 
  8. better (most definitely a fool proof way of turning them off ;-), 
  9. but the rc.config file approach is by far the best.
