  1. This material was submitted to me on disk directly by the author, Steve

  4. As submitted, it came on two disks.  I have used the :c/lha program on
  5. this disk to archive the contents of each disk, producing the two archives
  6. SKsh1.lha and SKsh2.lha.  You can extract the contents into a single SKsh
  7. directory on a hard drive by simply executing the commands:

  9.     lha -mraxe x SKsh1.lha
  10.     lha -mraxe x SKsh2.lha
  11.  
  12. (Note that "-mraxe" are the options I always use with lha for both
  13.  archive creation and extraction.  I find it easy to just remember
  14.  them as "Mr Axe".  Not all of them may be required in this case...)
