  **Version 2.5 Bug fix and Changes list **

  - Alliance message error, said defense stations, not fighters
  - Alliance forces bug, It collected all the alliances not just
    yours!  In effect, you could be fighting yourself when attacking
    but did not cause you to lose forces.
  - Battle Bonus for population size was too large, reduced.
  - Budget operations redone to make it easier.
  - You no longer need one soldier for each fighter, defense station or crusier.
  - Price of soldiers reduced.
  - You now need to feed all troops, even those used today, in alliances
    and just in your reserve.
  - Additional config parameters
  - Sysop configurable Space Lord score and protection.
  - Numeric player ids instead of numeric and alpha.
  - Alliances are checked, you cannot spy or attack an ally.
  - Random Events improved, Wider range of harmony and morale.
  - Galactic advisor added to help new players or even old ones
    run a good empire.
  - Shaddy Character added to random events.
  - Adjustments to Plague parameters.
  - added message telling you how much food you need for troops.
  - fixed several bugs that could cause divide by zero gurus.

I probably missed a change or two.  In any case, I suggest you switch to
this version as soon as possible.  The old version was alot more buggy than
I thought.  This version has had several play test games plus two regular bbs
games.  If you have any questions, post them in the Citadel 68K or Amiga room.
