  17.                sovereign foreign governments.

  19.                This may be just a lot of
  20.                political hot air...  but it sounds great.

  22.                We'd probably hear this same sound
  23.                eminating from Senior Citizens if
  24.                we set up special Bank accounts for
  25.                anyone over Sixty-Five.  These special
  26.                Bank accounts would be setup to return
  27.                8.0% instead of the paltry 4.5% return
  28.                        seen today from an average
  29.                bank money market account.
  30.
