THIS README DOC HAS BEEN UPDATED!!!
**********************************************************************
Welcome to the AMOS PUBLIC DOMAIN LIBRARY!
READ ON FOR ALL THE LATEST NEWS!
Next update due August 1994.
This is a copy of the latest Catalogue disk with all the Amos PD and
general PD included as well as SInTech Licenseware.
We have now included the entire Australian Amos PD collection into
the main APD section of the Library. This has boosted the APD section
to number APD 603. Please take the time to find them in the relevant
sections of the catalogue. The descriptions are still brief as I have
not had the time to load each disk to see exactly what the programs
are and have had to rely on program names for the time being.
The catalogue program was originally written by Gareth Lancaster and
later adjusted by Len Tucker.

LATEST UPDATES NOW IN!!!
AMOS 1.36
COMPILER 1.36
AMOS PRO 1.12
New disks £2 each. Updates to existing APD updates (green Amos PD
label) cost 75p each. Please send the old disk for it to be updated to
the latest version OF THE SAME PROGRAM!! Please do not send Amos 1.34
disks for Pro updating or any other combination as it leads to
confusion. (a disk labelled Ams Compiler 1.34 will be updated with
Compiler 1.36 etc) This is not a method of making more money, but it
makes a loss-making update service quicker and easier to keep on.
The update of Pro is the SECOND update as it locked up some machines at
the last update. It still comes up as V1.11 after updating, but it is a
new update. There is no documentation as to what else has been fixed,
if anything. Any complaints about the short amount of time between
updates should be directed to Europress!
If you have the Amos Pro Compiler, then the updateto Amos Pro V2 is
the latest update available.
FINALLY!!! DO NOT SEND IN YOUR ORIGINAL EUROPRESS SYSTEM DISKS FOR
UPDATING! WE CANNOT GUARENTEE THEIR SAFETY WHILST IN
TRANSIT!!
