  65. invoice/order form printing application for the Amiga!

  67.     The full uninhibited version of OnForm  is only available directly from me
  68. to users who register. For details  on  becoming a registered user please read
  69. section 2 of this document.

  71.     Before using the OnForm disk it is  recommended a backup copy is made. The
  72. copy should be used for day  to  day  use,  the original disk should be stored
  73. somewhere safe and ONLY be  used  to  make  replacement  copies of your normal
  74. working disk.

  79. Shareware Restrictions 1.1

  82.     As  this  is  a  shareware/demo  version   of  OnForm  there  are  certain
  83. restrictions...
  84.  
  85. 1.  When OnForm is run  or  the  ADP/OCE  module  launched,  this file will be
  86. displayed reminding you to register, to  quit  from this document simply press
  87. the ESCape key. If this file cannot  be located where expected, OnForm and the
  88. modules will refuse to work.
  89.  
  90. 2.  A registration  form  is  randomly  printed  when  you  attempt  to  print
  91. invoice/order forms. When 'Print' is first selected there is a 33% chance such
  92. a form will be printed. Once a registration form has been printed, the chances
  93. of it being printed again  is  reduced  to  10%.  However, for each successful
  94. print operation (no registration form printed)  the  chance is increased by 3%
  95. to a maximum of 80%.

  97. 3.  The number of records in  .ADP  and  .OCE  files,  are  limited to just 10
  98. records per file. When you register you are only limited by the amount of free
  99. space on you disk.

  138.                              How To Register 2.0
  139.                              -------------------
  140.  
  141.     The first step to take in  becoming  a  registered user is to complete and
  142. return a registration form. Blank  registration  forms are randomly printed by
  143. OnForm when you  attempt  to  print  invoice/order  forms.  All information on
  144. registration forms will  remain  strictly  confidential  and  only  be used by
  145. myself for future reference.

  147.     The second step is to  order  at  least  one  of  the disks from the table
  148. below. If you order more than one disk  you  should pay the full price for the
  149. most expensive, then the registered user price for the remaining disks.

  157. Dysk-Stik  V1.1  -  a  feature   packed,  user-friendly  data-base program for
  158. printing 3.5" disk labels. Replace all  those tatty hand-written  labels  with
  159. smart  printed ones. Extensive preferences  include - print quality, character
  160. pitch, text style, print colour,  left   margin  and  label  placement.  Other
  161. useful  features include edge print, a  handy facility for printing the disk's
  162. name and number along the edge of the  disk, this enables disks  to  be  found
  163. with  ease  when  stored in disk boxes.  To allow easy access to specific disk
  164. labels two search methods have been  incorporated, one searches for  a  disk's
  165. name the other for the disk number.

  167. AddressPrint V4.4 - The latest version of  the popular and easy to use address
  168. labelling  program.  New  features include  a facility for creating mail-merge
  169. files, a print-mode setting allowing addresses  to be printed on either labels
  170. or envelopes, and an auto-load feature  for opening an .ADP file automatically
  171. when  AddressPrint  is  run.  Other   program  improvements  include  improved
  172. printing speeds and better error handling.

  197. upgrade charges. I have in the past received many comments that these programs
  198. are substantially under priced and I  should  charge more for them. While this
  199. is a statement that I agree with,  I  also feel some people would be reluctant
  200. to  register if I set a  higher  price.  However,  should you find my programs
  201. particularly useful and  agree  a  higher  price  would  be  justified, please
  202. increase your payment to reflect what you consider a more realistic figure.

  210.                          Hard Drive Installation 3.0

  213.     To install OnForm on your hard drive,  simply boot from your hard drive as
  214. normal then double-click on the  'OnF_Install'  icon  to execute the installer
  215. script. In an effort to make  hard  drive installation as painless as possible
  216. the standard installer utility  has  been  used,  simply  follow the on-screen
  217. instructions and all should be well.

  219.     Should you receive the error  -  Unable  to  open your tool 'c:Installer',
  220. when you attempt to execute the installer  script, open a shell/cli window and
  221. type the following command...
