Here is a form that you can use to give me information about new/old CDROMs.
Simply load it into a text-editor and fill in the information you know.
If there is something you don't know, just leave the field open. Please
take a look in "Help" in the guide if you're not shure how to fill it out.
You don't have to use this form, if you don't like it, just make shure I
get the information!
