  19. MAIL MONSTER is a program that allows the user to create a mailing label
  20. manager.  It permits the user to add, edit, sort, and print mailing labels.
  21. The user can define the categories that fit their list of people and/or
  22. organizations.  The MAIL MONSTER organizes the user's mailing list, and
  23. prints only those labels that need to target a specific group,
  24. organization, zip code area, or whatever and whomever the user needs to
  25. reach.  Program is well documented.
