  5. To "adjust" LAYOUT.COM, use the same procedure as for PKLOAD, 
  6. EXCEPT: Change A:debug pkload.com  to  A:debug layout.com
  7.         Change G 3ffc              to  G 1f8f
  8.         Change 40ca (setting CX)   to  205d
