FUNCTION KEYS:
Fn 1 : HELP Initially displays the Help menu. From this select either
a particular command or Introduction. "I" is the default.
Fn 2 : FILES Displays all files on the current default disk drive.
(Also used to set the default disk drive: A,B,C or D)
Fn 3 : PALET Toggles between the two color palettes when in low res. mode.
(Green, Red, Yellow or Cyan, Magenta, White). When in high-res.
mode, this key enables you to select one of 7 colours.
Fn 4 : UNDO Lifesaver. Any action caused by one of the letter commands can
be cancelled. The screen resumes its appearance prior to the
command. Note that UNDO is only applicable to three of the
Function keys: RESOL (Fn 6), BLANK (Fn 7) and LOAdSCreen (Fn 9)
(In the GRAPH program, the contents of memory 1 is transferred
to memory 0.)
Fn 5 : QUIT You will then need to select: Y for DOS or Esc.
Fn 6 : RESOL Toggles between low resolution (colour, 320 x 200) and
high resolution (Mono, 640 x 200) modes. Caution: In the
GRAPH program the screen will be lost when changing to
a new resolution mode. (Can use UNDO.)
Fn 7 : BLANK Blanks (clears) screen. (UNDO can be useful here.)
Fn 8 : KEY [Status line 25] Rotates between displaying either function key
labels, blank or for GRAPH:
current colour, current disk drive, No of data points in
memory 0, last filename used, X and Y axis labels (ON/OFF),
and the title of data in memories 0 to 3.
for DRAW:
the current colour, current disk drive and the values of:
cursor increment, cursor X and Y screen positions.
Fn 9 : LOASC Load onto screen a full picture from a disk file.
Fn 10: SAVSC Save current full screen to a disk file as a picture file.
Notes: It is recommended that the filename of High resolution
pictures be preceded with "H", and low resolution
pictures be preceded with "L".
In the DRAW program, use the BLOCK command to load
and save part of the screen.
