  5. After you have named all the tasks you can think of, the second step is to put
  6. them in order.

  8. Look at each task and ask, "Which tasks must be completed before this task can
  9. start".  Move the slips around until they are in the right order.  You will
  10. think of new tasks you forgot as you do this ordering step. Make additional
  11. slips and put them in the right places.
