  7. Before you are ready to start using the program you will need some information
  8. about your project.

  10. Specifically you will need the following:

  12.      A definition of the ultimate objective. What is the product?
  13.      A list of the tasks which must be preformed to create the product.
  14.      Knowledge about the order in which tasks can be preformed.
  15.      The time durations required to accomplish each task.
  16.      The resources required to do each task.
  17.      The resources which are available and their constraints.

  19. That sounds like a lot of information and getting it organized is the name of
  20. the game. Most people can't define all of it in the beginning so we will need
  21. simplifying assumptions to get us started. I will show you enough so that you
  22. will be able to make simple GANTT charts using SCHEDULE.
