  5. Make sure your printer has at least 30 pages of paper, and is set at the top 
  6. of form, and is ON LINE. With KWIKSTAT disk number 2 (TWO) in drive A, enter:

  12. Make sure printer is ON LINE, and KWIKSTAT DISK 2 is in drive A. Enter:
