  17. - The next value is the decimal value for the location of the COM port.  Here
  18. - are some typical start-addresses.  COM1 (the usual value) is at hex 3F8.

  46. - The next three items specify the method used to drop carrier.  Of the
  47. - two methods,  DTR is best because it is  fastest.  Use it if possible.
  48. - DTR  drops Data Terminal Ready for time indicated by Disconnect Delay.
  49. - ATTN sends the Attention String with Disconnect Delays on either side.
  50. - Having thus gotten  command  mode,  it sends  the command to  hang up.
