  4. --  This function key finds the point in your drawing that is
  5.     nearest to the current position of the cursor.

  7.     NOTE  The only points that can be found are:
  8.           --  either of the endpoints of a drawn line
  9.           --  any of the 3 points that defined a curve

  11.           --  a point from which a paint was done
  12.           --  a point defined as a NEW PT
