  3. ║                 THE STOCK TRADER                      ║
  4. ║             This is a FreeBooter (tm) Product                  ║

  6. ║    Starting The Stock Trader is as easy as running the program.  Just       ║
  7. ║    type STOCK and the program will start.  The Stock Trader keeps an          ║
  8. ║    extensive data file on the stocks.  Please give it time to load.  The    ║
  9. ║    stock ticker on the opening screen will keep on ticking as long as       ║
  10. ║    the file is being read.                              ║
  11. ║                                          ║
  12. ║    There are currently eight    stocks in the directory.  These were updated  ║
  13. ║    on February 5, 1986.  You can erase all these stocks except the DOW,     ║
  14. ║    but it might be wise to look at all the graphs prior to erasing any      ║
  15. ║    data.   The DOW can be reset by trying to erase that stock.  It will     ║
  16. ║    give you the option of resetting the DOW or returning to the main          ║
  17. ║    menu.                                      ║
