  2. Icom Freqency expantion for IC-3220A/E/H

  4. Recive mode:
  5.  
  6. 1) VHF Band:    Cut D6 on LOGIC board
  7.     a)      While push and hold [V/Mhz] [MONI] and mic [DN], push
  8.         [POWER] Switch ON.  Range 136-174Mhz
  9.  
  10. 2) AIR Band:    Cut D4 on LOGIC board
  11.         Same as a).
  12.         Range 118-136Mhz
  13.  
  14. 3) UHF Band:    Cut D5 on LOGIC Board
  15.         same as a).
  16.         Range 400-479Mhz
  17.  
  18. Transmit mode:
  19.  
  20. 1) VHF band:    Attach diode 1ss187 (cord 1750000030) to position D9 on
  21.         LOGIC board jumper vith soldering betueen land A and land B
  22.         Range 136-174Mhz
  23.  
  24. 2) UHF Band:    Attach diode 1ss190 (cord 1750000040) to position D9 on 
  25.                 LOGIC board Range 400-479Mhz
  26.  
  27. 3) VHF and UHF both band transmitting:
  28.         Attach diode 1ss181 (cord 1750000010) to position D9 on 
  29.         LOGIC board jumper with Soldering betueen land A and land B
  30.         Range 136-174 & 400-479Mhz
  31.  
  32. Mini Repeter operation:
  33.         Cut D7 on LOGIC board
  34.         Set desire frequency (also duplex mode if you need)
  35.         Push [BAND] SW  over 2sec, then push [DUAL] appears on the
  36.          display.  Now quipment turn to DUAL watchmode
  37.         Push and hold [BAND] SW then push [SET] SW until Memory 
  38.         channel number     turn to brighting <L>.
  39.         Now equipment can operate as MINI-REPETER
  40.  
  41. Cancel MINI-REPETER OPERATION:
  42.         Push [SET] SW until brighting <L> turns to normal Memory
  43.         channel number...
