Release Notes
=============
* If logo movies do not play when first starting Space Bunnies
Must Die, follow the instructions above for installing the
MediaPlayer.
* Saved games are not compatible between high resolution and low
resolution installs.
* Uninstall will most likely leave directories behind after
uninstallation. This is due to files copied to your machine
during gameplay. After uninstalling it should be safe to delete
the the Space Bunnies Must Die directory (c:\jinx\sbmd by
default), unless you want to keep your saved games.
* On 32mb machines, load times will increase between levels
(especially while using software rendering).
* The screen may black out for a few moments while the level
loads, this is normal behavior. You should still see/hear your
hard disk and cd rom being accessed.
* ALT-TAB, using a "windows" key on your keyboard, or CTRL-ESC
will cause Windows to return to the foreground application.
On certain configurations, this may cause your mouse to lock
up or disappear.
* If after starting the game you get the inventory in the lower
left corner but nothing else, the game may be having problems
with your hardware accelerator. Try using the software renderer
instead.
* The low resolution install option is for use with hardware
accelerators that do not have sufficient video memory for the
high resolution textures. If you experience rendering errors
(looks weird), or performance problems, try reinstalling with
LowRes textures.
* Software rendering will probably not see a performance
increase using LowRes textures.
* On certain video cards you may see graphical glitches or dropouts
in software mode. In certain video modes you may also experience a
crash. If you are experiencing problems make sure that your device
drivers are current and that you have DirectX 6.0 and the media
player installed.
* Occasionally on certain video cards, Allison can get
caught outside of the world, if this occurs, press escape
and reload your last saved game.
Hardware Issues
===============
* S3 ViRGE: May have texture problems in hardware
acceleration, use software instead.
* Rendition 2100: Will not run in hardware acceleration,
use software instead.
* Some video modes listed in game may be unattainable. Please
check with your video card and monitor documenation to get correct
resolution settings.
SBMD and non-Intel PCs
======================
* SBMD is optimized for Intel processors. On non-Intel based PCs
you may experience longer level load times (3-4 minutes).
