  4. Emerald Coast Software Distributors shall not be responsible for any
  5. losses from the use or inability to use any software we distribute. In no
  6. event will Emerald Coast Software Distributors be liable for damages,
  7. including lost profits, lost savings, or any other incidental or
  8. consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use the
  9. software we distribute.

  11. Emerald Coast Software Distributors is not selling the software we
  12. distribute, only the disk, copy service, and distribution of the disk.

  14. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by the customer
  15. for the particular disk in question.

  17. We reserve the right to replace any programs with ones of as good or 
  18. better quality, or to give you a refund of purchase price for any disk 
  19. that we discontinue to distribute.

  21.    You must return any defective disk for replacement within 30 days of
  22.    receipt of shipment.
