  7.         This is a release fixing a few small problems with PCOPY.

  9.         o  PCOPY would not process 0 byte files with the /AZ
  10.         o  When using the /IFP: parm, if you provided IFP with the root
  11.            directory of any drive, PCOPY not recognize it.
  12.         o  When using /DY, PCOPY would sometimes get confused and
  13.            incorrectly process files.

  60.                 /QA:xx  Quit After xx number of files.  Handy if you

  64.                 about whether the target is a file or dir, this will
  65.                 assume that it is a file.

  67.                 /AD     Assume Directory.  Same as above, although
  68.                 assumes that the target is a directory.
