  5. Before running QiCAD, you should edit the file DEVICE.SET to contain
  6. the drive letter of your ramdrive.  QiCAD requires a ramdrive running 
  7. above system memory for optimum operation. Many third party ramdrives
  8. are available, and all DOS versions beyond 3.0 include a ramdrive, 
  9. named RAMDRIVE.SYS.

  11. As an example, if you want to set up RAMDRIVE.SYS using 4048 Kbytes of
  12. extended memory, with a sector size of 128 bytes and a maximum of 512
  13. root directory entries, you would add the following line to your CONFIG.SYS
  14. file.
