# Communications Port Description file. Each line in this file relates
# to a single communications port. Fields are delimited by commas.
# The fields are as follows:
#
# 1. Either "ON" or "OFF". Turns this port on or off
# 2. Device name, such as "COM1" or "COM2"
# 3. Flow control type
# 4. data rate, usually "NORM", but can be "FIXED" for error
# correcting modems such at USR Couriers.
# 5,6,7,8.
# Initial Baud rate, databits, parity, and stop bits
# 9. either "MODEM" or "TERM". In TERM mode, the port will
# establish a link at 9600 bps when a carriage return is detected
# 10. Time of day the port becomes active
# 11. Time of day the port stops taking calls
# 12. Modem initialization string. Make sure that carrier detect is
# on, DTR is active, and the modem is in Numeric mode (ATV0).
# 13. Modem answer string, ususally ATA.
# 14-25.
# Modem result codes, numeric only. 'X' indicates the field is not
# used. These numbers should correspond to the result codes returned
# by your modem. 'ARQ' indicates a connection in an Error Correcting
# mode, such as MNP. The fields, in order, are as follows:
# OKAY, RING, Connect 300, Connect 300 ARQ, Connect 1200,
# Connect 1200 ARQ, Connect 2400, Connect 2400 ARQ, Connect 4800,
# Connect 4800 ARQ, Connect 9600, Connect 9600 ARQ.
