  2. The OFFLINE TAPE DOOR allows you to restore a file that is on the BBS's
  3. Tape Drive and is marked OFFLINE in the BBS Directory Files.
  4.  
  5. You MUST know the Filename and Tape Volume Label for the file you wish
  6. to restore.  A list of all Tape Volume Lables is provided for your use.
  7. The Tape Volume label will usually be something like "SYSOPS FILES"
  8. or "GAMES FILES" etc.
  9.  
  10. At any time you can ABORT the Tape Restore function and return to the board
  11. by typing X at any command prompt.
  12.  
  13. Besides that the door is very simple and requires NO knowledge of tape drives
  14. or how they operate.
