  2. Transfer Section Rules

  4. 1. No illegal, pirated, hacked, broken, or stolen programs are available for
  5. downloading. Do not upload files of this nature. I will find out, and I will
  6. not tolerate it. The first offense will be a private warning, with a
  7. temporary suspension of transfer privlages. The second offense will be a
  8. public banishment from the transfer section, with warnings mailed out to
  9. all sysops in the area. There will be no third offense.

  11. 2. Virus infected programs will be treated the same as pirated programs.
  12. The first offense will get you a private warning that you have viruses.
  13. The second offense, I will assume you are doing it intentionally.

  15. 3. For the purpose of enforcing these policies, all files uploaded will go
  16. to the appropriate upload directories, and will not be moved from there
  17. until I have inspected them.

  19. 4. After you upload a file, the BBS will automatically try to send
  20. me feedback. Please send me a short note telling what you uploaded and
  21. where you think it should be placed, otherwise it will in all
  22. probability be deleted.
