  1. Note on exemptions:

  3.         Ok, exemptions aren't explained very well in the docs for WWIV 4.0X,
  4. here is how they work.
  5.  
  6.         Exemptions work on a bit level. You have 8 bits to play with, so that
  7. leaves 8 different functions you can exempt. Here is what they are (or aren't
  8. as teh case may be)

  16. To determine what you want a user to be exempt from, plug in the proper bits,
  17. convert to decimal and put that # in exemptions...

  19.  Examples:
  20.         1 - exempt from up/download ratio requirement
  21.         2 - exempt from time restriction
  22.         8 - exempt from post/call requirement
  23.         9 - exempt from post/call & up/download ratio requiremnets
