  1.                         INSTALLING GEM/3 and Ventura
  2. ===============================================================================
  3. 1. Run the batch file: GEM2DISK.BAT
  4.    This will copy the files that are needed to install GEM/3 or Ventura
  5.    to your hard disk.  Usage: GEM2DISK d:
  6.    where d: is the hard disk drive letter where the files will be copied.

  8. 2. Next, Log-on to you hard drive & run one of the following batch files:
  9.    PAR800M.BAT
  10.    PAR800C.BAT
  11.    PAR1024M.BAT
  12.    PAR1024C.BAT

  14. 3. If you installed Ventura version 2.0, you will need to edit the file VP.BAT
  15.    on your root directory.  It initially will look something like this:
  16.    TYPE VP.BAT
  17.    DRVRMRGR VP %1 /S=SDFVGA.VGA/M=03

  19.    Edit the /S option to one of the following:
  20.    /S=SD_800_M.VGA
  21.    /S=SD_800_C.VGA
  22.    /S=SD_1K_M.VGA
  23.    /S=SD_1K_C.VGA
