When you call LIFE SUPPORT, please be at your computer, if possible. Please have the following information ready:
1. A list of the computer hardware you are using.
2. The name of your system files - AUTOEXEC.BAT, CONFIG.SYS and WIN.INI.
3. The exact error message that you received.
4. A detailed description of any questions or problems.
5. Any relevant steps that you have taken.
