  89. by a standard Windows-style Setup routine.

  91. Shareware  vendors  may  compress all UK-Elect files   using 
  92. their preferred archive program (e.g. PKZIP), and distribute
  93. as one or more compressed files, together with   appropriate
  94. instructions and/or installation routine.

  97. desired (the vendor installation program and/or instructions
  98. must ensure correct and easy user installation!)
