The Contact Log is a tool you can use to keep track of the people you conduct business with. You can choose to have FirstAccounts automatically make an entry in the Contact Log each time you spend money, receive money, or enter a sale or purchase.
FirstAccounts' To Do List is an interactive set of reminders of your regular business activities. In this step, you can choose to open the To Do List immediately each time you start FirstAccounts, so you can quickly see which tasks you need to perform.
FirstAccounts provides a variety of features that will help you to protect your company's accounting records. If the boxes below are marked, these features will be already set up for you.
You can choose whether your transactions can be changed after you enter them into the FirstAccounts system. If the box below is marked, your transactions are set up so they can't be changed after you enter them.
You can use the enter key on your keyboard to move from field to field in FirstAccounts' windows, just like you use the tab key. If the box below is marked, the enter key is already set up so it works like the tab key.
FirstAccounts' Easy-Fill feature recognises the entry you're making and fills in the rest of your account number or card name. Expandable Fields allow you to view longer entries.
