  4. this agreement.  In the event that you cannot accept these terms and
  5. agreements, you may not use the WhizPad on the BBS.

  7. Version 1.00 of WhizPad is dated March 10, 1992

  9. 1.  LICENSE:  You are granted a nonexclusive license to use the enclosed
  10. product subject to the terms and restrictions set forth in this
  11. agreement.

  13. 2.  DISCLAIMER:  By using this software package, you agree to take full
  14. responsibility for any damage, loss of property and/or data, or injury.

  16. 3. COPYRIGHT:  This software, including this manual, may be copied and
  17. reproduced, provided that all copyright notices contained here in are
  18. left intact.  Otherwise, this software, including the manual for it, may
  19. not be reproduced nor copied, in whole or in part, without the express
  20. written consent of the Author.  Under the law, copying includes
  21. translating into different languages.  You are also forbidden to use
  22. segments of this software, whether in whole or in part, in your programs
  23. without the express written consent of Patrick Lam.
