  4. HELP        Retrieves the help file
  5. INDEX       Retrieves the master index list of available files
  6. INFO        Returns the INFO GENERAL information.
  7. INFO INDEX  Returns the index of available information files

  9. GET dir/filename [UUENCODE | XXENCODE]
  10.     Retrieves the specified file. /GET, SEND, /PDGET are synonymous with
  11.     GET.

  13. SUBSCRIBE MailingListName        Adds you to the specified mailing list.

  15. UNSUBSCRIBE MailingListName      Removes your name from the specified
  16.                                  mailing list.

  18. REVIEW MailingListName           Retrieves a list of all the members of
  19.                                  a mailing list.
