  5.    If you are upgrading from a previous version of UFDC, then there is
  6.   one important change that you must make in the UFDC.CFG file.  In
  7.   previous versions, you could specify only the filename & UFDC would
  8.   search your Hard Drive for the file.  This feature was removed from
  9.   version 1.7, so it is nessesary to make sure you specify the FULL
  10.   path and filename for EACH DIR file as well as for the DOWNLOAD.TXT
  11.   file.  Do that, and it should run just fine - and about 5 times faster!
