  9.     This is an example TRISTAMP.DAT comment data file, simply use your
  10.     favorite ASCII text editor to add your own ZIP or ARJ comment, note that
  11.     comments can go up to 20K! You can also add ANSI graphics comments,
  12.     however the use of ANSI is not recommended, as to be able to view ANSI
  13.     comments will require special switches on the command line during
  14.     decompressing. Therefore the use of ANSI is not recommended. Please read
  15.     the TRISTAMP.DOC file for complete instructions on using TriStamp Version
  16.     1.2.
