  10. RGUtil started out as a small progam called RGTop, which generated
  11. top 15 users bulletins.  That has now grown into something a little
  12. bigger.  RGUtil eliminates the need for a lot of one option utilities
  13. and puts them all into one package that is easy to use and runs
  14. quickly.

  18. Chad Thevis, or CJSoft may not be held responsible for any damage
  19. occurring through the use of RGUtil.  I only promise that it will
  20. take up space on your hard disk.  Although tested on a couple of
  21. systems with no evident problems, nothing can be promised.

  27. Registration:

  29. RGutil is released under the ShareWare concept, so you can try it
  30. for 30 days before you have to register it.  RGUtil is not crippled
  31. in any way so that the SysOp can use all of the features available.
  32.  
  33. Registration entitles you to use RGUtil after the 30 day trial
  34. period.  Your name and Board name will appear in the Bulletins,
  35. and it also entitles you to free upgrades as they come about.
  36. I have ideas for many new features, but finally had to release what
  37. I had completed.  So look for new features soon!

  72. and possibly one or more to use the Filelist option.

  82. DLK       Generates Top 15 Downloaders by Kilobytes d/l
  83. DL        Generates Top 15 Downloaders by number of files d/l
  84. ULK       Generates Top 15 Uploaders by Kilobytes u/l
  85. UL        Generates Top 15 Uploaders by number of files u/l
  86. PH-       Generates a Phone #/Alias List sort by # and flagging duplicates
  87. PH+       Same as above using Real Names
  88. USER-     Generates User List (Alias) with Address and Phone Number
  89. USER+     Same as above using Real Names
  90. FD:{cfg}  Generates an ALLFILES list using the file cfg
  91. CG        Generates a calls/day graph for the last 15 days

  96. More Complete Description:

  98. CFG >
  99.         This must be run first! If not RGUtil will stop working.
  100.         It was originally intended to go straight to running the
  101.         configuration program if RGUTIL.CFG wasn't found, but if
  102.         something happened during a late night batch, it might
  103.         accidentally sit there waiting for input.  WHOOPS!
  104.         Brings up the configuration program which will allow the user
  105.         to select the names for the Bulletin Files and the Security
  106.         level which should be omitted from the lists.  A selection of
  107.         250 will exclude all users with sl of 250 and above.  This
  108.         can be used to exclude sysops from the lists.

  111. FLCFG >
  112.         This will call up the configuration program which will generate
  113.         a config file that is used by the File List generator.  This option
  114.         asks you what name to give the current configuration file.  It then
  115.         go's through all files bases and lets you select which ones you want
  116.         displayed when using this configuration file.

  120.         Displays the help file.

  123. M,C,DLK,DL,ULK,UL >
  124.         These options generates a Bulletin displaying the best users in
  125.         each case, Top Messagers, Top Callers, Top Downloaders (K), Top
  126.         Downloader (#), Top Uploaders (K), Top Uploaders (#).

  129. PH- >
  130.         This option generates a list of all users with there phone numbers.
  131.         It also flags any numbers that are duplicates of another user.
  132.         This File is created in the MISC directory that RENEGADE.DAT uses.

  136.         Same as the above option, it uses the Real Name.

  140.         Generates a user list that includes, username, address and
  141.         phone numbers.  This File is created in the MISC directory

  150.         Generates a list of all available files in the areas that
  151.         are specifies in the {cfg} file.

  155.         Generates a usage graph for the last 15 days of operation.

  159.         Updates the LASTCALL.FD in the {path} directory.  This
  160.         is to allow for a multinode Front Door Setup.

  162.         Front Door like programs.  Please send me the file structures
