  12. When you paste in BBS codes, they have a trailing space attached to them,
  13. this is to insure that you don't have a word and a variable connected.
  14. But you are responsible for the leading space.

  22. The box above was made by typing Alt-177 then F7,F8 to mark block, then
  23. with insert on, just hit the F5 key to paste and draw the character.

  25. I hope to add at least some "minimal" line drawing at a later date.

  27. Pressing F1 will display a Help Topic menu, select the topic and press
  28. ENTER, or click the left mouse button. You can print out the RATE.HLP
  29. file if you want a desktop reference.

  31. The uses for RATE are endless, and are limited only by your imagination,
  32. so start imagining!!

  35. Take a information file from another source, that you want to make
  36. avaialble to your users, or make a news file, not only can you colorize
  37. it, but you can personalize it too.  Inserting the users name in an
  38. information file will make them feel as though it was JUST for them!
