  1. As there were =VERY= few registrations of the original T2A program,
  2. (read that as one) I did not create a conversion program to convert files
  3. over to the new format.

  5. If you created template files to use with the original T2A ver 1.0 then you
  6. will need to manually modify.
  7.  
  8. You can load the file into RATE, and do the following:
  9.  
  10.  1. Search and replace all @ with % (Color Codes)
  11.  
  12.  2. Search and Replace all | with ; (Filter)
  13.     The pipe symbol is the RA Carriage Return code, and is
  14.     no longer used as a filter for reserved characters.
  15.     See T2A.DOC for a list of reserved characters.

  17.  3. Replace the NoAbort, WaitForCR codes with the new.
  18.     You do not need to replace the tilde (~) for ClrScr, it is
  19.     still recognized by the compiler.

  21.  4. You will have to manually go through and change all the BBS variables.

  23.  5. Check the new list of reserved compiler characters, in T2A.DOC, if
  24.     you have them in your text, you will have to filter them with the new
  25.     filter character (;) the semi-colon.
