  9. by applicable copyright laws.  PCRSET is provided as is, without warranty
  10. of any kind or fitness for a particular purpose, either expressed or 
  11. implied, all of are hereby explicitly disclaimed.

  13. In no event shall the author, nor any parties involved with the creation
  14. and/or support of this software, be liable to you or anyone else for any
  15. damages or costs, including, but not limited to, any lost profits, lost
  16. savings, lost income, lost information, or other incidental or consequential
