  8. OLT 1.0   1/09/92       Initial Release

  10. OLT 1.1   1/21/92       Added the ability for users to turn the ANSI
  11.                         color on/off in the door depending on their BBS
  12.                         setting.   Fixed a small bug with WWIV BBS
  13.                         systems.  Improved on the overall looks of the
  14.                         game.   Capitalized the answers and a few other
  15.                         odds and ends.  Reworked the LOG file so that is
  16.                         a bit easier to read.  Heck, even I can
  17.                         understand the darn thing now.

  19. OLT 1.2   2/23/92       Recompiled OLT using the latest release of
  20.                         DoorFrame.   This results in a smaller, faster
  21.                         EXE file.

  23. OLT 1.3   3/08/92       Fixed potential display problem.

  25. OLT 2.0   05/02/92      MAJOR UPDATE!  CFG File Changes!
  26.  
  27.                         Fixed the problem of the rambling SCORE.DAT
  28.                         file.  It should now appear in the \OLT\USERS
  29.                         sub-directory as it is supposed to.  OLT will
  30.                         not support PCB Color codes along with the WC!
  31.                         3.x codes.  You will need to change your CFG
  32.                         files to reflect this change.  Line 10 of the
  33.                         CFG file controls this parameter.  WC = WC!3.x
  34.                         color PCB = PCBoard Color N = ANSI & ASCii
  35.                         bulletins.   SysOps may now limit the number of
  36.                         times a user may enter the door each day.  The
  37.                         eleventh (11) line of the CFG file contains this
  38.                         info.  You MUST add line #11 to your CFG
  39.                         file(s).   Just place the number of times that
  40.                         you want the users to be able to enter the door
  41.                         each day.

  43.                         This version of OLT was also compiled with the
  44.                         latest release of DoorFrame.  You should notice
  45.                         a few display changes as well as a smaller EXE
  46.                         file.

  48. OLT 2.1   05/12/92      Fixed a few minor bugs and made several
  49.                         appearance changes.  Compiled OLT with the
  50.                         latest release of DoorFrame.

  52. OLT 2.2   05/25/92      Finally!  You may now run OLT locally without
  53.                         the use of magic or BBS user files.  Just enter:
  54.                         "OLT LOCAL" and OLT will strut its stuff.  This
  55.                         version will work with the changes in
  56.                         USERINFO.DAT in WC!3.5.  If you are running
  57.                         WC!3.5+, you should use this release of OLT.

  59. OLT 3.0   09/17/92      Recompiled with latest release of DoorFrame
  60.                         which speeds up the screen display tremendously.
  61.                         Reworked the user interface to provide a
  62.                         cleaner, nicer appearance to your users.  Also
  63.                         added several new screens.  Make sure you copy
  64.                         all the screens to your existing \SCREENS
  65.                         directory.  Fixed what could be a serious
  66.                         problem with a user leaving the keyboard
  67.                         unattended and tying up your BBS for hours. I
  68.                         recommend this release just to protect from
  69.                         this.

  71.                          The old OLTMAINT.EXE will not work with this
  72.                          release.  DO NOT attempt to use it with OLT 3.0
  73.                          as it will corrupt the database.  You will also
  74.                          need to delete any user database that presently
  75.                          exist and let OLT create new ones.  There is NO
  76.                          update for the existing databases.  Also,
  77.                          delete the old SCORE.DAT file.

  79.                          OLT no longer requires the BRUN45.EXE module.
  80.                          It is a free standing EXE that is compiled with
  81.                          PDS 7.1.

  83. OLT 3.1   11/09/92      Recompiled with latest release of DoorFrame
  84.                         which added the ability to use FOSSIL drivers.
  85.                         This will allow the use of COMs 1-8.  The
  86.                         display routines are a bit faster that the
  87.                         previous releases.  OLT is now compiled using
  88.                         MicroSoft's Visual Basic for DOS v1.0
  89.                         (professional).

  91. OLT 3.2    2/6/93       Fixed the number of Times played feature so that
  92.                         the user will only be allowed to play the number
  93.                         you set in the CFG file.  OLT was giving the
  94.                         users a free game.  Reworked the date routines
  95.                         and enhanced some of the code to speed up the
  96.                         game.
  97.                         OLT will automatically reset the first time it
  98.                         is played each month.

  100. OLT 3.21   3/6/93       Fixed the auto-reset routine so that it was not
  101.                         copying the old datafile to the root directory.
  102.                         It will now be placed in the door directory.

  104. OLT 3.5    5/1/93       !!! CFG FILE CHANGE !!!
  105.                         Added the ability to create RIP bulletins.
  106.                         You must add a 12th line to the CFG file.  Place
  107.                         "RIP" on this line to enable RIP and an "N" to
  108.                          disable it.

  110.                          Compiled witht eh latest DoorFrame which
  111.                          supports the changes made to DOOR.SYS and
  112.                          USERINFO.DAT ad in WC!3.9.
  113.  
  114.                          Added the option to allow users to [G]oodbye
  115.                          from the door.
