  12.    And also we MAY add an option in the config file for LogStat to write
  13.       that it has processed a log into the log after it reads it.  What do
  14.       you think of that one?
  15.    Logstat will keep a datafile on log statistics so you can delete the logs
  16.       right away after processing and still keep an ongoing tally of them!

  24. Finally corrected problem with monochrome screens not displaying properly
  25. FINALLY fixed the bit about log dates.  Now LogStat will be accurate by
  26.    choosing the earliest date in a log for the starting date and the latest
  27.    date in the log for the ending date (written on the bulletin).  This
  28.    problem was mentioned in v0.30α, and it is FINALLY fixed.

  31. Whoops!  I thought I had made allowances for expanded log formats.  My
  32.    beta-tester and I both use compact so we didn't catch a bug with some
  33.    date tracking until a local sysop sent me his output file.  WHOOPS!
  34.    Well, it is fixed now. (I am almost sure after some rigid testing.)
  35. Corrected a couple grammatical errors...
  36. I guess EMS support will have to wait until the next version.  I HAD to
  37.    get this bug-fix out though.

  40. Removed some unnecessary ANSI code from the ANSI output file; it's display
  41.    is shorter and faster now.
  42. Moved tons of code to an overlay file to speed things up (maybe)
  43. Expanded Memory support IS READY, but it is deactivated in this version since
  44.    I haven't added command-line parameters to turn it off (for people who
  45.    have problems with LogStat in EMS.)  It WILL be functioning by the next
  46.    version.
  47. Got rid of cursor in all output during operation
  48. First PUBLIC release.  This one was hatched into SDS and RADIST!

  51. COMPLETELY re-worked the way the program runs and displays information (while
  52.    running).
  53. Changed the output format of some dates in the bulletins.  This added a
  54.    LITTLE extra code and made room for future work I plan to do with dates.

  69. Added some MAJOR code changes I've been putting off for a few versions!
  70. New registration form...  Please send this in to register LogStat!
  71. Changed configuration options. Now 0 = NEVER DISPLAY, 1 = ALWAYS DISPLAY,
  72.    2 = DISPLAY ONLY IF FOUND AT LEAST ONCE.  Sound good?  Your old config.
  73.    file will work fine, but you may wish to update it if you don't like
  74.    seeing zeros in your LogStat reports!

  98. Completely changed the way LogStat tests for existence of files

  100. Removed filesharing support - It was causing some problems.  I will put it

  105. Changed a part of the title screen display that was still ANSI to direct 
  106.    BIOS calls (so monochrome monitors don't look all scrambled with ANSI
  107.    codes...)
  108. Finally we have limited log date support.  The bug is that it will give the
  109.    starting date of the FIRST LOG on the command-line and the last date of
  110.    the LAST LOG on the command-line.  With one log it is fine, but with more
  111.    it may be erroneous.  This will be fixed soon.

  121. Added REQUIRED configuration file support:

  123.    Sysop Name
  124.    ANSI/ASCII output filenames (and paths)
  125.    Now user can configure which log data he wants to tally and turn the rest
  126.       off!
  127.    Code at top of config file is used to tell LogStat that it is a config
  128.       file, so mistakes in command-line parameters can be trapped!
