- (1) Our Internet E-Mail address "tech.support@ksp.com" was out of
- service from February 13th to April 24th (1995) due to a hardware
- change at our uucp access provider combined with a lack of system
- administrator support at the same location. It is operational
- again, and you may now reach us at our regular e-mail address
- of "tech.support@ksp.com".

- (2) If you'd like to "test drive" our products, you can call the BBS
- where I test my software at (408) 554-5197. Login under the name
- "KEY SOFTWARE" with password "PRODUCTS". This account is
- allocated 10 minutes per login; i.e., account usage time is reset
- to zero after each use. Enter one of the following three
- commands at the main prompt:

- (a) TELNET (optionally followed by an IP address or host name)
- (b) FTP (optionally followed by an IP address or host name)
- (c) SLIP

- Please note: To test drive our SLIP door, you MUST configure your
- SLIP client software (e.g., Trumpet Winsock) to use the following:
