  3. Several enhancements have been made to this version, as well as
  4. some changes in how it is setup.  Please read CHANGES.103

  6. Some sample batch files have been included, as well as a bbs screen,
  7. to demonstrate several of the IsWhat commands/functions.

  9. This program was released in an authenticated ZIP file.
  10. You should see -AV after every file name as the archive is unpacked.

  12. You should also see the follwing after completion of the UnZip
  13. procedure.
