  17.  * IceNote has a completely new function!  IceNote can now be used as a
  18.    multiple bulletin news manager and display door sensitive to individual
  19.    user settings, as well as an ANSI bulletin generator.

  21.    By invoking IceNote with the -READ parameter, it is possible to make
  22.    IceNote display all available bulletins which exist in the database
  23.    according to age, view settings, security settings, and deletion status.

  25.  * ANSI & ASCII file creation can be enabled/disabled depending on whether
  26.    or not display mode is enabled. (display mode is recommended).

  28.  * IceNote database viewer has been updated.
  29.  
  30.  * ANSI codes are no longer stored in IceNote database.  When viewing
  31.    previous notes, screen will not be cluttered with ANSI codes.

  33.  * IceNote now stores the date and time the note was written, as well as
  34.    the number of days in which the note should be deleted, and will skip
  35.    or delete notes accordingly.

  37.  * Notes can be set to be read once only, or everytime IceNote is run.

  39.  * Notes can have a minimum and maximum security requirements in order for
  40.    the user to have read access.

  42.  * It is now possible to edit note settings in the Database viewer.  Settings
  43.    which can be altered are:  Username, Alias, action, adjective, days 'till
  44.    deletion, deletion status, and whether or not the note should be viewed
  45.    only once by each user, etc.
