  7. using this software.  Use of this software indicates your acceptance 
  8. of these terms and conditions.  If you do not agree with them, do not 
  9. use the software.

  11. Shareware Version

  13. You are hereby licensed to:  use the Shareware Version of the software 
  14. for a 30 day evaluation period; make as many copies of the Shareware 
  15. version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact 
  16. copies of the original Shareware version to anyone; and distribute the 
  17. Shareware version of the software and documentation in its unmodified 
  18. form via electronic means.  There is no charge for any of the above.

  20. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting 
  21. donations, for any such copies, however made; and from distributing 
  22. the software and/or documentation with other products (commercial or 
  23. otherwise) without prior written permission.

  25. Evaluation and Registration

  27. This is not free software.  This license allows you to use this 
  28. software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 
  29. days.  If you use this software after the 30 day evaluation period a

  38. One registered copy of PCB Freedom may be dedicated to a single person 
  39. who uses the software on one or more computers or to a single 
  40. workstation used by multiple people.

  42. You may access the registered version of PCB Freedom through a 
  43. network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the 
  44. software covering all workstations that will access the software 
  45. through the network.

  47. Governing Law

  49. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of 
  50. Ontario, Canada.

  52. Disclaimer of Warranty
  53.  
  54. This software and the accompanying files are sold "as is" and without 
  55. warranties as to  performance of merchantability or any other 
  56. warranties whether expressed or implied. Because of the various 
  57. hardware and software environments into which PCB Freedom may be put, 
  58. no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is offered.
  59.  
  60. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly 
  61. tested with non-critical data before relying on it.  The user must 
  62. assume the entire risk of using the program.  Any liability of the 
  63. seller will be limited exclusively to product replacement or refund of 
  64. purchase price.
