  3.   V1.0 (Aug 1993)  --- First public release.

  5.   V1.1 (Sept 1993) --- Fixed Several bugs:
  6.                        1. Frame will not work properly if the total 
  7.                           number of users or files is less than fifty. 
  8.                           Fixed.
  9.                        2. Frame counts a comment line as a file entry. 
  10.                           Fixed.
  11.                           These two bugs are reported by Wong Tang Fung.

  14.                        1. Added command-line switches for carrying out
